Meet the thoroughbreds of the food and equestrian worlds as Raymond Blanc OBE and celebrated baker Candice Brown take to the chef demonstration stage on Saturday 9th September. Making the event line-up even sweeter, Candice Brown will be creating a signature cake to be served as part of Ascot’s afternoon tea menu. Meanwhile, on the track, world class racing culminates in the £100,000 Appletiser Handicap. Also on the Saturday, racegoers can enjoy a four-course menu designed by renowned chefs Raymond Blanc OBE, Phil Howard and James Tanner, alongside Ascot’s award-winning head chef Ben Dutson. To be served in the Parade Ring Restaurant, dishes will be perfectly complemented by a fine wine selection curated by connoisseurs, Bibendum. Enjoy mouth-watering action on and off the track at one of the summer’s most popular flat racing weekends combined with a fabulous food and wine festival to make it a four-day feasting extravaganza. Enjoy racing and the food festival on the Friday and Saturday or the food festival on its own on the Thursday and Sunday.
Savour and sip at 120 food and drinks companies offering you gastronomic delights from around the world.
Free cookery demonstrations throughout the four days - on the Thursday, Friday and Sunday, the professionals will be showing how to hone your culinary skills as the top cookery schools represented by the prestigious Independent Cookery Schools Association, take to the stage. On the Saturday, celebrity chefs Raymond Blanc OBE and celebrated baker Candice Brown take to the stage.

This is a great opportunity to learn from the culinary legends such as Caroline Waldegrave, co-author of the legendary Leith’s Bible with Prue Leith, and award-winning schools such as Squires Kitchen International and the Michel Roux Junior School.
Masterchef winners, the chef tutors from Lucknam Park will be sharing their top insider tips, as will tutors from the great teaching kitchens of Ashburton Cookery School and Tante Marie Culinary Academy, The Bertinet Kitchen and The School of Artisan Food.

On the Saturday, there will be demos and wine tastings with celebrity chefs and famous wine connoisseurs

There is a limited number of VIP tickets which will give you a free goody bag worth at least £30 and the opportunity to learn from and eat with the chef at the Fisher and Paykel Social Kitchen in association with delicious. magazine.

Or enjoy a barbecue masterclass with Broil-King Barbecues and eat the results of their handiwork.

Free parking on all four days.

Raceday tickets are usually £18 in advance on the Friday and £24 in advance on the Saturday.
Once VIP tickets are gone, standard tickets will be £10.
