Meet the thoroughbreds of the food and equestrian worlds as Raymond Blanc OBE and celebrated baker Candice Brown take to the chef demonstration stage on Saturday 9th September. Making the event line-up even sweeter, Candice Brown will be creating a signature cake to be served as part of Ascot’s afternoon tea menu. Meanwhile, on the track, world class racing culminates in the £100,000 Appletiser Handicap. Also on the Saturday, racegoers can enjoy a four-course menu designed by renowned chefs Raymond Blanc OBE, Phil Howard and James Tanner, alongside Ascot’s award-winning head chef Ben Dutson. To be served in the Parade Ring Restaurant, dishes will be perfectly complemented by a fine wine selection curated by connoisseurs, Bibendum. Enjoy mouth-watering action on and off the track at one of the summer’s most popular flat racing weekends combined with a fabulous food and wine festival to make it a four-day feasting extravaganza. Savour and sip at 120 food and drinks companies offering you gastronomic and vinous delights from around the world.
